Yes. We provide in-person therapy in Fort Lauderdale and secure online therapy throughout Florida and eligible PSYPACT states.

Many clients appreciate the flexibility of virtual sessions, while others prefer the connection of meeting in our office. Both options offer the same level of care and confidentiality.

Most of our therapists provide online therapy to clients located in Florida. Dr. Rachel Christopher is also authorized through PSYPACT to provide telepsychology to clients in participating PSYPACT states, subject to applicable state requirements.

Yes. Depending on the therapist, we currently have clinicians who accept Aetna, Medicare, UHC, Optum, Oscar, UMR, FL Blue, Highmark BCBS of PA, BCBS of MA, Ascension, Carelon, Quest, Cigna, and Lyra. Insurance participation varies by clinician, specialty, and availability.
