What is this group?
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a combination of cognitive therapy and behavioral modification. This group will teach you the skills needed to change undesired thinking patterns and equip you with the ability to cope with situations that cannot be changed.
Participation in our Online CBT Skills training is intended to supplement and enhance the work being done in your individual therapy sessions (but it’s not only limited to those in individual therapy). This group is not intended to replace the work you are doing in therapy. Instead, CBT Skills training is educational and will provide you with helpful tools to maximize benefit from your individual work.
Group A- CBT beginner skills:
Group B- Advanced CBT skills training:
Advanced group is for people who are currently in therapy and/or have recently completed CBT based therapy. Familiarity with concepts is needed for deeper exploration.

- To understand the root of your thought patterns and be able to change them
- To increase your confidence in your ability to make changes
- To enhance your ability to tolerate/accept/move through stressful times
- To understand the causes of your stress and why they persist
